The core subjects of your training program are:

• Development and organization of the training operations
• Health and safety in the workplace
• Environmental protection, work organization, information, communication
• Logistical processes and quality assurance measures
• Use of work equipment
• Storage and transport of liquid goods
  

If you are interested in doing your traineeship with us,
we expect the following from you:

• High-school diploma and good grades in mathematics and chemistry
• Communication skills and an excellent sense of responsibility
• Reliability, team spirit and customer orientation
• Physical fitness (shift work) and the willingness to "get your hands dirty"
• Enjoyment of using IT
• Driver’s license 

This training program begins on August 1 every year, normally lasts three years and ends with an examination conducted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is possible to shorten the course or supplement it with further training, e.g. as a technical expert or technical business administrator (Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
